G M Hatchet/Axe

This is I think the very last Axe I will be making

This one has a rowan ash handle held in place by strong adhesive and 3 8mm brass loveless bolts and a 8mm brass lanyard tube over red liners

The steel is plain and has not been polished so it is ruff in feel it has been heat treated to an R/C of 58 59 and it is 01 Carbon Steel 4.5mm thick

Total Length is 11″ the head is around 6″ wide

The Mask is made from 3mm Leather
