Blackpowder Gunpowder & Pyrodex Powder x2 bottle 500g/1kg storage boxes

Each box is built from high-quality materials to meet HO/HSE guideline requirements and finished to a high standard. Made with 18mm thick WPB grade A plywood (never the cheap stuff), each piece allows a tolerance of a few Millimetres. All sides and the base are glued, and every screw is also glued in place. Handles are spring-loaded stainless steel to prevent unwanted movement, unlike the flimsy ones some use. Every box stands about 316mm high with a 280mm internal height, offering over 30% clearance. Depending on bottle size, tall slim bottles fit 500g, while short wide bottles can store 1kg of powder per compartment. While some claim security screws are required, there’s nothing in the HO guidelines stating this. Hinges, hasp, and staple are all stainless steel. The 1mm intumescent strip on the lid expands to 10mm when needed. Though cheaper hardware options exist, they’re never used here. Having made and sold hundreds of these boxes across the UK, including to a gun club’s black powder section, there have been no complaints—feedback and FAO clearance speak for themselves.
